SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Due to the nature of our one-of-a-kind pieces, each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.

Domestic Shipping (UK) We offer standard and tracked shipping across the UK. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Packaging All items are wrapped and packed with care. Fragile and high-value pieces receive additional protective packaging.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged in Transit If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
