Aurora Collection — Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Aurora Collection. We take great care in curating and describing each piece in our collection, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging intact. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage and antique pieces, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at auroracollection@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly described. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Items damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
